When will my order be delivered ?
Having the best products for your needs is not going to help you, unless we can get them to you, when we promise, and in pristine condition. All of Jobeky kits and drums are custom built to order - they are not an off-the-shelf product - and therefore we ask for up to 6 - 8 weeks to complete your order. Once completed, it will be booked in for delivery and you will receive an email (complete with tracking number) informing you that your order is ready for dispatch.
We utilise the services of a number of professional couriers, who specialise in delivery of delicate items, in the UK, Europe, and further afield as needed. Once we complete your customised drums, most deliveries are made in the next day for the UK (excluding weekends). For Europe it's normally 2-4 days. And for international orders, we will advise you of an exact delivery date as soon as one is available, which courier has been used.
All goods that we send are fully traceable, and we will always offer you the option of insuring any goods in transit. Should your location be near our workshop, we would also gladly invite you to our premisis to inspect, and collect your order!
Order Cancellations
For any custom drumkit build orders (Complete Kits, Individual Drums, Shellpacks etc); as these products are made bespoke to your specifications and we may need to order in special parts or wrap, we regret that we cannot always accept order cancellations.

Our Warranty
We do not envisage people having issues with Jobeky products, and indeed our track record shows a remarkably small number of times when a product has failed. However, you should always be protected against all eventualities, no matter how remote the possibility.
That is why we have enacted our three year warranty! Yes, the legal blurb follows, but our principle is a very simple one. If it goes wrong, and its our fault, we will put it right - and you won't be out of pocket in the process.
The Jobeky warranty against production defects in materials and craftsmanship for the first three (3) years of a products life, when purchased directly from our website*, or store. Products resold by a third-party are explicitly excluded from this warranty.
All of our products are hand built or assembled to our design specifications with the utmost care, to ensure the greatest durability possible. However if you discover any issues with your Jobeky products, please contact us directly, and if we can not otherwise resolve the issue we will seek to repair or replace products as needed as long as the drum or other associated products shows no signs of inappropriate misuse or abuse.
Any potential return must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt, or only be submitted post receiving an emailed approval from Jobeky to do so. Our three year warranty does not cover deterioration of any part due to normal wear and tear. This includes mesh or other drum surfaces and cymbal dampener heads. Signs of abuse or misuse at our discretion, will void the warranty.
